Franco’s on Jermyn Street, Green Park, London, is hiring a Junior Sous Chef for a full-time role with ~48 hours/week, Monday to Saturday. Salary is approx £50,000 per year plus a yearly bonus. You will join the Back of House team under Head Chef Stefano Turconi, working at the historic Franco’s and sister venue Wiltons.
