Wiltons on Jermyn Street, Green Park, is seeking an experienced full-time Sous Chef to join Head Chef Daniel Kent and our Back of House team.
You will lead kitchen operations for 80–100 covers per service, mentor apprentices, and contribute to menu development while maintaining HACCP and high standards.
We offer approx £21.30–£23.30 per hour plus a yearly bonus, 48-hour weeks, 28 days holiday, training opportunities, career progression, restaurant discounts, pension, and meals on duty.
