The Role
- Providing high-quality inpatient care for medical and surgical cases
- Managing and monitoring anaesthesia
- Running engaging and informative nurse consultations
- Assisting with and performing essential laboratory procedures
- Supporting the wider clinical team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
This role would suit an organised and empathetic RVN who is passionate about patient care, values clear and supportive client communication - particularly during sensitive situations - and is committed to ongoing professional development.

About Us
Wilton House Veterinary Clinic is an established practice located in the picturesque town of Guisborough, on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors National Park. With stunning countryside, nearby beaches, and easy access to vibrant cities such as Newcastle and Durham, we offer an excellent work-life balance. Our passionate and supportive team of Veterinary Nurses and Animal Care Assistants work collaboratively to deliver the highest standard of care. The clinic is well equipped with a modern operating theatre, digital X-ray, ultrasound, and a fully equipped in-house laboratory. We also work closely with neighbouring practices and benefit from the guidance and support of Gillian Wormald, Clinical Director at Stokesley Vets, strengthening our commitment to continuous improvement and clinical excellence.
Working Hours
Full-time, 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, with either a 4 or 5 day working week Saturday mornings on a 1 in 4 rota (8:00 am - 1:00 pm) No out-of-hours work.
