We are looking to recruit an Office Administrator to support the efficient day-to-day running of our Sales Office. Working closely with the Office Manager and wider teams, you will play a key role in processing customer orders, coordinating with production and warehouse teams, and helping ensure a smooth customer experience from order to delivery. This role would suit someone who enjoys organisation, problem-solving and working as part of a collaborative office environment. For the right person, there is scope to develop responsibilities over time as you gain experience within the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the daily processing of customer sales orders
- Entering customer orders accurately onto the system
- Communicating customer requirements to production and assisting with resolving any issues or delays
- Liaising with the warehouse team to help coordinate despatches and delivery schedules
- Supporting the external sales team with order queries and project coordination
- Handling customer sample requests where required
- Assisting with general office administration and customer service tasks
Experience
- Previous experience in an office, administration or customer service role is preferred, although full training will be provided.
- Experience in a manufacturing or order-processing environment would be an advantage but is not essential.
Skills and Attributes
- Organised and methodical approach to work

- Confident using IT systems and standard office software

Remuneration
An industry-competitive salary will be offered, dependent on experience.
