We’re looking for a bright, commercially minded and digitally savvy individual to join our e Commerce Trading team.

Working closely with the e Commerce Trading Manager and Head of e Commerce, you’ll support the day-to-day running of our websites and marketplace channels across the UK and Europe.

Your primary focus will be supporting the Trading team across a wide range of commercial and administrative activities.

You’ll gain hands‑on experience across pricing, promotions, stock management, reporting and product performance.

As your knowledge and confidence grow, you’ll also take ownership of selected brands and product categories, giving you the opportunity to develop your commercial trading skills with the support and coaching of the wider Trading team.

  • What You’ll Be Doing
  • Support the Trading team with the day‑to‑day execution of trading activities across our websites and marketplace channels.
  • Assist with setting up and maintaining pricing, promotions and product information across multiple sales channels.
  • Produce regular trading reports and help analyse sales, pricing and product performance.
  • Carry out competitor pricing and market research to identify commercial opportunities.
  • Support demand planning and stock forecasting by maintaining accurate data and highlighting potential issues.
  • Liaise with Buying, Marketing, Customer Services and other internal departments to help deliver successful trading activity.
  • Ensure products are live, accurate and optimised across our e Commerce websites and marketplace channels.
  • Assist with the preparation and execution of seasonal campaigns, promotions and new product launches.
  • Support the continuous improvement of trading processes and identify opportunities to increase efficiency.
  • Gradually take ownership of selected brands, product categories and trading activities as your knowledge and experience develop.
  • Maintain regular, consistent and professional attendance, punctuality and personal presentation, while adhering to relevant health and safety procedures.
  • Adhere to stated policies and procedures
  • Any other tasks deemed by the Company to be necessary for the successful completion of the role

  • Comfortable working with numbers & spreadsheets.
  • An analytical yet commercial mind, with the ability to draw insights & recommendations from data.
  • A warm and ambitious individual with a passion for e Commerce.
  • Some experience working in a business environment, preferably with consumer products.
  • Computer literate, with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience using a CMS highly favourable.
  • The ability to perform under pressure and work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organisation and planning.
  • Ability to work proactively on own initiative and as part of our team.
