- Lead, motivate, and manage the fit out team, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality output.
- Set and monitor weekly objectives, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to Wiltech's high standards.
- Ensure team members adhere to ISO9001 policies and safety standards.
- Provide expert advice on material and tooling requirements, ensuring the team is fully equipped for each task.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to improve team productivity.
- Maintain accurate records, including timesheets, holiday requests, and attendance tracking.
- Communicate with the Production Team and other Team Leaders to resolve any issues and maintain an efficient production flow.
Proven experience as a Mechanical Fitter/Electrical Fitter, ideally within fabrication, enclosures, or industrial equipment manufacturing. - Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organisational and planning abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of health & safety and ISO standards within a manufacturing environment.
