Requirements
- Proven experience in leading a team to complete defined requirements and end goals.
- Fitting experience with a mechanical focus and relevant qualifications a desirable.
- Certification in relevant fields such as CSCS, PASMA, etc.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, and design specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with colleagues, the client, and other site teams.
- Problem‑solving skills to identify and resolve challenges efficiently.
- Strong time‑management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
