  • Act as the primary interface between the Design Office and Manufacturing to ensure designs are optimised for production.
  • Develop and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) and manage work instruction systems.
  • Establish standard build times for both standard and bespoke products.
  • Specify and manage tooling requirements for enclosures and generator pods.
  • Define and improve material flow and logistics across the site.
  • Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Support CAPEX projects, including justification, implementation, and cost tracking.
  • Contribute to improvements across Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost Requirements.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years experience in a Manufacturing Engineering or Continuous Improvement role.
  • Proven ability to translate engineering designs into practical manufacturing processes.
  • Knowledge of metal fabrication processes would be highly appreciated.
