Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled Paint Sprayer to apply high-quality finishes on sheet‑metal and industrial components.

The role requires adherence to ISO quality standards and a strong focus on precision and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking to ensure proper paint adhesion.
  • Mix and apply paint using spray equipment, producing an even, drip‑free finish.
  • Maintain and inspect spray guns, booths, and related equipment; replace filters and components as needed.
  • Follow all safety procedures, wearing required PPE and maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Monitor drying times and adjust application parameters to meet quality requirements.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules and project specifications.
  • Keep accurate records of timesheets, progress reports, and quality checks.
  • Troubleshoot issues, report hazards, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure work meets or exceeds specifications, including DFT (Dry Film Thickness) measurements.

Qualifications
