Rehlko, a company focused on energy resilience, is hiring a proactive Crane Operator to support its Wiltech Acoustics team.
Key Responsibilities
- Forklift operations: load, unload, ship, and receive warehouse items, transport materials safely, secure loads, perform daily vehicle checks, schedule maintenance, and document any damages.
- Crane operations: operate overhead cranes up to 50 tonnes, load/unload products to/from transport vehicles, set up lifting rigs tailored to each job, inspect lifting gear before use and report defects.
- General warehouse/operational duties: operate and manage technical equipment, pick and wrap orders accurately for dispatch, maintain a clean, safe, organized working environment, adhere to production schedules and health & safety protocols, follow company procedures aligned with ISO9001, ISO45001 & ISO14001 accreditations, complete weekly timesheets and submit to team leads.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Good understanding of warehouse safety practices and manual handling.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and record‑keeping.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Previous experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or logistics environment.
- Familiarity with ISO standards (ISO9001, ISO45001, ISO14001) is an advantage.
- Experience operating overhead cranes up to 50T preferred.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 2pm to 10pm with a 15% shift allowance.
