Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum.

Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm

We are looking for an organised and detail-focused Sales Administrator to join our busy Sales Administration team at Wilsons. This is a key role supporting our Sales departments and ensuring the administration of vehicle orders is completed accurately and efficiently from order through to delivery.

The Role

  • Processing vehicle orders using our dealer management and manufacturer systems
  • Maintaining accurate customer and vehicle records
  • Monitoring vehicle orders and keeping the Sales team updated on progress
  • Invoicing, taxing and registering vehicles
  • Preparing and maintaining accurate deal files and handover documentation
  • Completing HPI, mileage and finance settlement checks for part exchanges
  • Ensuring documentation meets company, DVLA and relevant compliance requirements
  • Supporting the wider Sales team with day-to-day administrative queries

About You

You will be highly organised, accurate and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will have strong communication skills and take pride in completing work accurately and on time. Previous experience in automotive Sales Administration is preferred, along with an understanding of vehicle ordering, invoicing and registration processes. If you have strong administration skills, excellent attention to detail and enjoy working as part of a busy team, we'd love to hear from you.
