Our Graduate Management Programme is designed to develop the next generation of business leaders by giving you hands-on experience across multiple departments, real responsibility from day one, and a clear pathway into management. Whether your degree is in Business, Marketing, Finance, Automotive, Engineering, Psychology, Law or another discipline, we're interested in your potential—not just your qualifications.
This is far more than a graduate job. Over the course of the programme, you'll rotate through key areas of our business, gaining practical experience while working alongside experienced managers and directors. You'll develop commercial awareness, leadership skills and an understanding of how every department contributes to the success of one of the UK's leading automotive retailers.

Previous automotive experience isn't necessary. We'll provide the training—you bring the ambition. A full UK driving licence is desirable.
