Wilsons Future Talent Programme is designed to give you a real understanding of how one of the UK's largest family‑owned motor retailers operates. Rather than being placed into a single role from day one, you'll rotate through a variety of departments, working alongside experienced colleagues, developing practical skills and discovering where your strengths lie.
Throughout the programme you'll receive structured training, regular mentoring and continuous support as you develop the knowledge and confidence to build a long‑term career with Wilsons. You’ll gain experience in areas including:
