This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Probate Solicitor to join our enthusiastic and specialist probate team with a high-quality workload.
The work you will be doing includes:
- The administration of large and complex taxable testate and intestate estates including the application of business property and agricultural property reliefs and the calculation of inheritance tax when there are exempt and non-exempt beneficiaries.
- Estate administrations on behalf of national charities.
- The preparation of some wills and LPAs including those for elderly people where mental capacity may be in issue, which may involve making home and hospital visits to clients on an urgent basis.
- Supervising the work of other solicitors and paralegals.
The team you will be joining comprises three senior associates, four associates, three solicitors and four paralegals and forms part of our larger Private Client department.
