As a technically strong Senior Commercial Property Solicitor, you will provide expert guidance to our clients, advising on large and often complex transactions dealing with the sale, purchase or letting of substantial rural properties and businesses. Transactions range from £500,000 - £50m and can include leases, licences, contracts, options, promotion agreements, surrenders, conditional contracts, joint ventures and similar structures. Your wealth of experience specialising in this area of law will serve you well when managing high quality, complex matters.
The team you will be joining includes our Commercial Property, Farms and Estates team, which acts for a wide range of clients including landowners with substantial property portfolios, companies with significant landholdings, renowned educational institutions, major charities and leading national professional practices.
