We are looking for a lawyer (3-6 yrs PQE) with a solid grounding in property law and an interest in commercial and/or rural property.
The work you'll be doing:
- You’ll work predominantly for private clients and collaborate with all members of the wider Property team.
- Advising on large and often complex transactions dealing with the sale, purchase or letting of substantial rural properties and businesses and some development work. Transactions range from £500,000 - £50m and can include options, promotion agreements, surrenders, conditional contracts, joint ventures and similar structures.
- Solely managing transactions and client relationships.

Our property lawyers provide our sophisticated clients with advice on matters ranging to the sale and purchase of high value farms and estates, extracting maximum value from landholdings with potential for development, diversification projects and general management of their commercial, residential and rural property portfolios. The Property team has also established a well regarded reputation with advising on arrangements to unlock bio‑diversity net gain, nutrient mitigation schemes, natural capital and renewable energy projects.
