The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
Working closely with other members of the team, the wider private client department and our contentious trusts and probate team, you will:
- Administer large and complex taxable testate and intestate estates including large farms and landed estates and estates with international aspects;
- Act on behalf of national charities involving complex grant applications including s. 116 applications, grants de bonis non and grants on behalf of trust corporations;
- Advise on estates where the administration has been delayed or other problems have arisen such as where an executor has become incapacitated or there has been a disagreement between executors.
The team you’ll be joining comprises three senior associates, four associates, three solicitors and four paralegals and forms part of our larger Private Client department.
