We have a newly created position for a Marketing Assistant to join our busy and friendly Marketing team based in Salisbury. This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior marketer with a genuine interest to learn and develop to assist the Head of Marketing on all aspects of marketing, communications and business development for the firm. This role offers hands-on experience across a broad range of marketing activities with opportunities for development and progression.

The work you will be doing includes:

  • Assisting with event planning, organising the guest list, preparing event collateral and producing PowerPoint slides
  • Supporting and attending all externally run events (outside work hours on occasions), meeting and greeting guests and liaising with venue hosts
  • Supporting and attending all internally run events (outside work hours on occasions), meeting and greeting guests, dealing with all back-office functions and liaising with the client services team
  • Assisting the Head of Marketing to ensure the firm's website is kept relevant and up to date
  • Helping to deliver marketing campaigns across email and social media
  • Supporting with brand awareness and sponsorships
  • Contributing to social media engagement on LinkedIn
  • Regularly reviewing and updating the firm's database on Excel
  • Assisting on internal communications
