This is a great opportunity for a skilled private client solicitor, who is passionate about specialising in probate and looking to join a dedicated and supportive team with a high-quality workload.

The work you'll be doing:

  • Administer large and complex taxable testate and intestate estates including large farms and landed estates and estates with international aspects;
  • Act on behalf of national charities involving complex grant applications including s. 116 applications, grants de bonis non and grants on behalf of trust corporations;
  • Advise on estates where the administration has been delayed or other problems have arisen such as where an executor has become incapacitated or there has been a disagreement between executors.

Our expert probate team comprises three senior associates, four associates, three solicitors and four paralegals and forms part of our larger Private Client department.
