Wilsons Auctions are looking for an Administrative Assistant to help with day-to-day administration and accounts tasks. In this role, you will support vendor pay-outs, debt management, reporting, and general administrative activities, helping keep things running smoothly across the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Vendor pay-outs
- Process vendor invoices and prepare payment runs
- Review reports to identify payments due
- Compare against targets to ensure KPIs are met
- Prepare pay‑out reporting to send to accounts team to process payment
- Send reporting to vendor
- Maintain accurate invoice and payment records
- Respond to vendor queries and assist with account reconciliations
- Debtor Management
- Review debtor reports and monitor outstanding balances
- Issue late payment reminders
- Process invoice cancellations
- General Administration
- Assist with other admin duties as required
