As our Talent Acquisition β Early Careers, University Recruitment Consultant, you will support university recruitment and internship programs to establish the employer of choice for top, diverse talent on college campuses. The goal is to provide high volume, front-end (finding, sourcing, and phone screening) support to the University Relations Recruiters.
In this role, you will report to the University Relations Program Manager and partner closely with the University Relations Recruiters on executing the strategic vision of the Internship Program. You will work closely with recruiters to deeply understand the requirements of roles, team functions, and how they fit into the broader organization.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 years of full life-cycle recruitment experience; managing requisitions, sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
- 2 years of experience within an applicant tracking system (ATS) or candidate relationship management (CRM) tool
- Experience using Outlook for calendaring and communicating with key stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment to meet business objectives
- Ability to be flexible, adaptable and collaborative within a team
- Strong organizational skills
