It’s an exciting time to join WilsonCooke. We are experiencing continued growth and are now looking to expand our Client Services team by hiring a Campaign Manager / Account Manager. This role offers the opportunity to support a range of client accounts, with clear career progression and the chance to develop skills across the full marketing mix.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years’ experience in a commercially orientated agency, working on digital accounts, and be seeking an opportunity to develop and progress their career. We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, driven, and career-focused individual to succeed in this role.
Main Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the Brand and Performance teams to devise and deliver brand and marketing campaigns designed to build brand awareness, generate leads, and acquire customers for our clients.
- Overseeing the quality of content produced by content writers, the social media team, and designers, ensuring brand identity and standards are consistently maintained.
- Continuously monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on campaign performance, implementing improvements where required.
- Gathering and analysing results, optimising campaigns against agreed objectives, and owning brand insights across marketing and media.
- Accountable for extracting and translating data into clear, actionable insights.
- Online and offline campaign planning.
- Strong understanding of all marketing channels.
- End-to-end campaign planning and execution, selecting the relevant marketing media mix and channels to build awareness and lead generation in the B2C and B2B markets.
- Ideation and development of all campaign ideas, including identifying target audiences, messaging, creating briefs and delivering the work with the creative/content/social and search marketing teams to bring these campaigns to life.
- Development of messaging and positioning for campaigns.
- Analysis and evaluation of campaigns’ ROI and effectiveness.
- Working closely with the brand performance team to refine the online messaging (web content and UX).
- Utilising internal resources and managing any relevant external agencies.
- Management of the development of any customer acquisition assets e.g. website development.
- Measuring campaign performance to refine messaging, marketing channels and tactical delivery.
- Demonstrable experience driving brand awareness, customer nurture strategy (Online and offline), and lead generation campaigns targeted directly to consumers.
What We’re Looking For:
- Ideally, you will possess a marketing degree, have a relevant qualification such as a CIM in marketing, or have equivalent qualifications.
- You will have at least 3-5 years of agency experience in a B2B environment, demonstrating a record of success in developing, managing, and leading key sales or strategic campaigns.
- You’ll be a highly experienced and customer-oriented digital specialist who understands the true value of a multi-channel approach.
- You will need to have strong influencing and relationship management skills, and a systematic approach to projects, as well as a genuine passion for what drives brands and motivates customers.
- You will have vast experience of using marketing technology to aid campaigns, such as marketing automation platforms or email software solutions.
- Strong presentation and communication skills working with a variety of stakeholders.
- Excellent eye for detail, managing content and copywriting.
- Self-Starter with the ability to drive new strategies and deliver marketing campaigns.
- Skilled in managing multiple projects and working autonomously to drive results and as a key team member.
- Hard-working and dedicated to getting the job done properly.
