We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, driven, and career-focused individual to succeed in this role.

The main responsibilities you will find yourself doing daily will be:

  • Working closely with the Brand and Performance teams to devise and deliver brand and marketing campaigns designed to build brand awareness, generate leads, and acquire customers for our clients.
  • Overseeing the quality of content produced by content writers, the social media team, and designers, ensuring brand identity and standards are consistently maintained.
  • Continuously monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on campaign performance, implementing improvements where required.
  • Gathering and analysing results, optimising campaigns against agreed objectives, and owning brand insights across marketing and media.
  • Accountable for extracting and translating data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Online and offline campaign planning.
  • Strong understanding of all marketing channels.
  • End-to-end campaign planning and execution, selecting the relevant marketing media mix and channels to build awareness and lead generation in the B2C and B2B markets.
  • Ideation and development of all campaign ideas, including identifying target audiences, messaging, creating briefs, and delivering the work with the creative/content/social and search marketing teams.
  • Development of messaging and positioning for campaigns.
  • Analysis and evaluation of campaigns’ ROI and effectiveness.
  • Working closely with the brand performance team to refine the online messaging (web content and UX).
  • Utilising internal resources and managing any relevant external agencies.
  • Management of the development of any customer acquisition assets e.g. website development.
  • Measuring campaign performance to refine messaging, marketing channels, and tactical delivery.
  • Demonstrable experience driving brand awareness, customer nurture strategy (online and offline), and lead generation campaigns targeted directly to consumers.

What we’re looking for is someone with the following in mind:

  • Ideally, you will possess a marketing degree, have a relevant qualification such as a CIM in marketing, or have equivalent qualifications.
  • You will have at least 3-5 years of agency experience in a B2B environment, demonstrating a record of success in developing, managing, and leading key sales or strategic campaigns.
  • You’ll be a highly experienced and customer-oriented digital specialist who understands the true value of a multi-channel approach.
  • You will need to have strong influencing and relationship management skills, and a systematic approach to projects, as well as a genuine passion for what drives brands and motivates customers.
  • You will have vast experience of using marketing technology to aid campaigns, such as marketing automation platforms or email software solutions.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills working with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Excellent eye for detail, managing content and copywriting.
  • Self-starter with the ability to drive new strategies and deliver marketing campaigns.
  • Skilled in managing multiple projects and working autonomously to drive results and as a key team member.
  • Hard-working and dedicated to getting the job done properly.
  • The confidence to give clients trust in your work.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • First-class organisational skills.
  • Experience of working as part of a team.
  • A keen eye for detail and an understanding of budget restraints.
  • Full awareness of creative processes and techniques – including digital platforms.
  • Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a cool outlook.
  • Driving licence and own transport.

This is a fully remote position working from home.

Talents:

  • A strong drive for success.
  • An understanding and genuine interest in digital campaigns.
  • A positive, communicative personality that instils confidence in others.
  • A desire to achieve our aims/goals, reflect our values, and satisfy client expectations.
