As our Kitchen Porter you will play a key role in keeping the kitchen running smoothly. Your main duties will include clearing and washing all crockery and cutlery using the dishwashers, pan washing, and keeping both the kitchen and front‑of‑house areas clean and tidy. You’ll also assist with a small amount of food preparation, sweep and mop floors to maintain high standards of hygiene, and put away deliveries for the kitchen as part of your day‑to‑day duties.
