We are currently recruiting for a Hospitality Assistant to join our team at one of our workplace restaurants in Manchester M2. This is a full-time position based on a 40-hour working week, Monday to Friday. Shifts will alternate between 6:30am to 2:30pm and 9:30am to 5:30pm.
The site hosts a wide range of hospitality experiences, from fine dining to working lunches, meeting catering, and seasonal celebrations. Every offering is crafted with creativity, attention to detail, and a strong emphasis on customer experience. You'll need to be presentable, approachable and able to communicate clearly to deliver high quality service.
As part of your role, you'll enjoy a freshly prepared meal while on shift, courtesy of our in-house kitchen team. Wilson Vale is an established, quality-led contract caterer. We work with amazing clients across the UK who place huge value on great food as a key part of their culture and community. We work in office restaurants, independent schools and at conference venues with the same high-end ethos throughout.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:- Have experience working in a similar role and environment
- Be highly organised and comfortable working in a high-pressured environment
- Ensure you have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
- Keep up standards of hygiene and ensure all areas are clean and tidy
- Have excellent customer service and social skills
- Be responsible for the preparation and serving of food to staff
- Have a can do attitude and will work well as part of a team of 5
