This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 2:45pm until 11:15pm. This role offers the opportunity to work across a varied food offering, preparing and presenting dishes that are both visually appealing and full of flavour. From hot street food‑inspired specials and comforting classics to fresh salads, sandwiches, and ready‑to‑go selections, you will help ensure every item is prepared to the highest standards of quality, consistency, and presentation.
Working alongside the Evening Shift Sous Chef, you will play a key role in supporting all areas of the kitchen operation, ensuring the smooth delivery of high‑quality dishes and exceptional service standards. Responsibilities- Assisting with daily food preparation and evening service
- Preparing and presenting fresh, high‑quality dishes
- Maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety
- Supporting stock control and kitchen organisation
- Working collaboratively with the wider kitchen team
- Contributing ideas towards menu development, seasonal specials, and future food concepts
- Ensuring all food is prepared and served to a consistently high standard
