We have an exciting opportunity to become our new Hospitality Supervisor at one of our workplace restaurants in Birmingham B4 6WR. This is a permanent position working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm offering a great work-life balance. Wilson Vale is an established, quality-led contract caterer. We’re looking for a passionate and ambitious Hospitality Supervisor to join our vibrant hospitality team within a prestigious law firm. Alongside regular meeting room hospitality, we also deliver bespoke events and high-profile functions, ensuring every occasion is executed seamlessly and professionally. Working alongside an experienced and enthusiastic team, you’ll play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day hospitality operation on site, ensuring consistently high standards of food and beverage service across all services. No two days are the same — you’ll be involved in everything from coordinating busy corporate lunches to delivering polished fine dining events and drinks receptions.
The Hospitality Supervisor will lead by example, supporting and motivating the catering team alongside the Hospitality Manager to ensure exceptional client satisfaction at all times. You’ll help maintain smooth service delivery, uphold presentation standards, and ensure all hospitality areas are prepared to the highest level for meetings and events.
The ideal candidate will have experience within hospitality or corporate catering environments, a strong eye for detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. A proactive attitude, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment are essential.
