We work in office restaurants, independent schools and at conference venues with the same high-end ethos throughout.

This is a full-time position based on a 40-hour working week. Core hours are typically 7:00am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday; however, flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the business. As the business primarily operates Monday to Friday, weekend work is very rare, although evening support may be required for hospitality events, with working hours sometimes extending to 11:00pm. The kitchen caters daily for approximately 350 people, in addition to a varied and busy hospitality operation.

The site delivers a diverse range of hospitality experiences, including breakfast service, buffets, sandwich lunches, fork dining, fine dining, working lunches, meeting catering, and seasonal celebrations. Every offering is delivered with creativity, attention to detail, and a strong focus on customer experience.

We are seeking an experienced hospitality professional with proven leadership skills and a hands-on approach to operations. The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of the catering team, ensuring the smooth planning and coordination of all hospitality events while maintaining exceptional standards of food, service, and hygiene at all times.

Acting as the main point of contact between the kitchen and guests, you will manage expectations, build strong long-term relationships, and ensure every event is delivered seamlessly. You will be responsible for motivating and developing the hospitality team, driving performance, and continually enhancing both food and service quality across the site.

The ideal candidate will be commercially minded, with a strong understanding of cost control, operational efficiency, quality, and consistency, alongside the ability to deliver outstanding hospitality experiences in a fast-paced environment.
