We have an exciting opportunity to become our new Executive Chef at one of our busy conference venues in Oxford. This is a permanent, full-time position of 40 hours per week, worked on a rota basis between the hours of 6am and midnight. The conference venue operates seven days a week, and overtime will be required to support events. Any overtime worked will be compensated with time off in lieu.

This is a hands-on, kitchen-based role where your passion for creating fresh, high-quality meals from scratch will shine. You will work alongside your team to craft dishes using the freshest ingredients, ensuring every meal meets our exacting standards while complying with food safety, health, and contractual requirements. The role requires leading by example, spending most of your time in the kitchen actively cooking and inspiring your team, with minimal desk work.
