Wilson Vale is recruiting a passionate Sous Chef for our Solihull workplace restaurant. You will support the Chef Manager in delivering a high-quality fresh food offer to around 200 customers daily, including vibrant salad bars, hot dishes, deli selections and occasional fine dining.
You’ll lead a team of six, train staff, and ensure food standards meet Wilson Vale’s brand ethos in a busy, supportive environment.
