We are currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join our team at one of our workplace restaurants in Birmingham B4 6WR.
This is a permanent position working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm.

We operate office restaurants, independent schools, and conference venues with the same high‑end ethos throughout.
We’re looking for a passionate and ambitious Chef de Partie to join our vibrant kitchen team within a prestigious law firm. This is an excellent opportunity for a chef eager to develop their career in a professional, fresh‑food environment that blends creativity with high standards.
Our food offering is diverse and dynamic. The day begins with a self‑serve breakfast, transitioning into a busy lunch service featuring innovative, street food‑inspired hot dishes. We also produce a daily seasonal salad bar, deli selections and freshly made sandwiches, as well as homemade cakes and confectionery. Beyond daytime service, we deliver bistro‑style and fine‑dining dinners, along with workshops, tasting tables and client events.
Working alongside an experienced and enthusiastic team, you’ll play a key role in preparing and delivering consistently high‑quality, seasonal food across all services. You’ll be involved in everything from fast‑paced lunch service to refined evening dining and bespoke events.

You will be able to create and develop our dishes and assist the chefs in the creation of weekly menus. A knowledge and understanding of the importance of stock and food wastage is essential.
