We are currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join our team at one of our conference venues in Birmingham B4.
Proposed start date: 30th January 2026.

This is a permanent, full-time role (40 hours per week), working across a varied hospitality operation catering for 300+ covers daily. You\’ll be rota\’d on 5 out of 7 days to suit the needs of the business.
Our kitchen operates Monday to Sunday between 6:00am and 9:30pm. You’ll be part of a team of 9 chefs in a fresh food, from-scratch operation, producing seasonal menus using only the finest ingredients.
About the role:
Catering for breakfast, conference-style street food lunches, evening buffets, Ã la carte service, room service and formal dining
Full ownership of your section from prep to service
Working with seasonal menus and contributing creative ideas
Preparing all food fresh on site to a high standard of quality and consistency
Maintaining excellent food hygiene, health & safety, and full allergen awareness
Supporting and guiding junior team members and working closely with Front of House
As our Chef de Partie, you will:
Have proven experience as a Chef de Partie
Have passion for fresh food, teamwork and high-quality hospitality
Be confident with food safety, allergens (Natasha’s Law), and kitchen standards
Be positive, honest and reliable with a professional attitude
