We are currently recruiting for a Casual Event Supervisor to join our team at one of our conference venues in Cambridge, CB3

Wilson Vale is an established, quality-led contract caterer. We work with amazing clients across the UK who place huge value on great food as a key part of their culture and community. We work in office restaurants, independent schools and at conference venues with the same high-end ethos throughout.

As a Casual Event Supervisor, you will support the Catering Manager in delivering exceptional event experiences. You will lead a team of up to 7 staff members (depending on the size of the event), ensuring smooth organisation, efficient problem-solving, and a flawless close-down at the end of each shift.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate a team of catering staff during events
  • Ensure high standards of service and presentation
  • Troubleshoot any issues that arise during events
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation at the end of shifts
  • Support the Catering Manager in planning and executing events

You will have good leadership skills and experience to lead a team during a busy service.
