Wilson Vale is recruiting a Junior Sous Chef for one of our conference venue kitchens in Cambridge CB3 9AL. This permanent role is around 40 hours per week across 5 days in a 7-day rota, with hands-on cooking and service leadership.
You will support the Executive Chef and Sous Chef, leading kitchen colleagues and contributing to high standards of fresh, seasonal food and a welcoming dining experience.
