We have an exciting opportunity to become our new Breakfast Chef at one of our workplace restaurants in Milton Keynes MK15 8HD. Wilson Vale is an established, quality-led contract caterer. This is a permanent position working 20 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, from 6:00am to 11am. We are a fresh food‑led operation catering for up to 150 people per day, offering flavourful, nutrient‑rich dishes that are designed and prepared fresh each day. All food is cooked on‑site using ingredients sourced from local producers. Our team has full autonomy over menu development, applying their skills and experience to deliver a consistently evolving and high‑quality offering for our customers. Our food style is Modern British with influences from around the globe, combining fresh seasonal ingredients with bold flavours and creative daily specials.

You will have responsibility for kitchen preparation and breakfast service, ensuring a smooth and organised start to the day. The role includes preparing and setting up the kitchen for service, cooking breakfast specials, and preparing eggs and toast to order through live cooking for customers. You will work closely with the team to maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and customer service throughout breakfast service. This is a great opportunity for a chef who enjoys working with fresh ingredients, interacting with customers, and contributing ideas to a creative and evolving menu.
