About the School: Wilson Stuart School is an Ofsted designated outstanding all age (2 – 25 years) Special School which provides very high-quality education for 282 pupils and young people who have physical disabilities, and/or complex medical conditions. Professional development, challenge and support are at the heart of ensuring our staff are some of the finest teachers so they can deliver outstanding teaching. In this rewarding role, you will provide essential personal care to our students, including assistance with toileting and personal needs, always ensuring their comfort, dignity, and wellbeing. Beyond personal care, you will also play an important role in providing pastoral support—helping our pupils feel safe, valued, and understood throughout the school day. No two days are the same, and you will be part of a team that celebrates individuality, encourages growth, and places kindness and inclusion at the heart of everything we do.
