As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an ambitious and driven Information Technology Recruitment Consultant to join our London team and help expand our international freelance and contract markets. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to build a strong desk across multiple global technology markets while progressing quickly within a specialist consultancy.
Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery across freelance and contract technology roles
- Build and develop client relationships across Europe, the Middle East, and the Americas
- Source and engage high-quality professionals across: Cyber & Information Security, Network & Network Security, Infrastructure OR DevOps.
- Deliver market insight and strategic hiring support to clients
- Build and manage a specialist candidate network within your vertical
- Support long-term account development and expansion opportunities
- Collaborate with internal leadership to grow international delivery capability
- Minimum 1 year experience in technology recruitment
- Experience recruiting within at least one of the following: Cyber Security, Network / Network Security, Infrastructure or DevOps
- Strong interest in working across international contract markets
- Confident communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercial mindset with strong organisation and ownership of delivery
- Ambition to grow within a specialist consultancy environment
