We are seeking a Territory Manager (TM) for Racketsports, field based in North UK, responsible for the sales and distribution of Wilson racketsports products within your sales territory. As the face of the Wilson Brand in your area, you will connect with consumers, customers, coaches, juniors and federations and work across specialist and larger scale retailers.

Own the Wilson brand in your territory, increase brand presence and image with customers and consumers to drive sales and distribution, achieve and exceed annual sales and product category objectives, and expand market share by customizing sales strategy and adhering to sell‑in timelines. Develop and maintain great working relationships with all racketsports enthusiasts and community in your territory (club owners, club directors, teaching professionals, pro‑shop managers, league coordinators, academy coaches, etc). Be highly attentive to in‑store brand presence, working with the marketing team to ensure best‑in‑class execution. Analyze and report on key business information and trade‑related matters. Achieve KPIs relating to demand creation and sell‑through. Develop and negotiate agreements with clubs, academies, schools and local federations. Deliver inspiring on‑court demo experiences that lead to immediate conversions to product sales and be an active, visible participant of the sport, growing our influencers sports community in collaboration with the PR/marketing team. Recruit and manage high‑visibility teaching pros to enhance the promotion of Wilson racketsports. Identify talent within coaches, juniors and local heroes in the region (working in collaboration with external scouts and tour team). Execute the grassroots strategies supporting brand key initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

  • Live within your territory.
  • 5+ years’ experience in sports, lifestyle or outdoor brands at key‑account or territory manager level (or equivalent commercial roles).
  • Degree level – or equivalent work experience.
  • Passion and enthusiasm for all racketsports and an active membership of the rackets community in your area.
  • Product expert in tennis and padel.
  • Hunter mindset, with strong negotiation and networking skills.
  • Consumer‑centric and eager to support seamless consumer experience within an OC approach.
  • Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset with fast response time / follow‑up with accounts (max 24 hours).
  • Availability to work during weekends for demos during the high season (with time off in lieu).
  • Analytical skills, able to manage budget, coordination and planning, well‑organized and able to implement multiple tasks and projects.
  • Excellent understanding of the social media landscape, digital savvy.
  • Excellent communication skills (local language and fluent English, speaking and writing).
  • Driving licence.
  • Strong Microsoft and systems capability.
