What You’ll Do
We are currently seeking a Marketing Executive for our UK & Ireland Golf business, to lead the creation and execution of seasonal marketing plans aligned with brand goals, to boost sales, drive sell-through, and brand awareness. As a Marketing Executive, you will:
- Plan and execute marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives
- Work closely with the sales team to support trade partners and drive retail performance
- Manage relationships and campaigns with PR, retail, and media partners and stakeholders
- Lead the management of the UK&I marketing budget
- Build and nurture relationships with Wilson brand ambassadors, particularly through green grass accounts
- Manage digital assets including product catalogues, training platforms, and updates to Wilson.com
What We’re Looking For
This role requires passion for the sport of golf, ideally with a marketing or business degree or similar qualification and 2+ years of experience in a similar hands-on marketing role. Other requirements include:
- Extensive knowledge of golf, the market, products, and industry, including consumer trends and competitive activity
- Ability to travel independently to support events in the UK/Ireland with occasional international travel
- Ability to influence and negotiate with others
- Strong oral and written English communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills, analytical ability, and strategic vision
- Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Knowledge of SAP is preferred
- Right to live and work in the UK
