What You’ll Do

  • Lead the creation and implementation of holistic marketing strategies for Wilson Team Sports across EMEA, with full ownership and accountability for building awareness, driving consideration, and igniting conversion across all channels.
  • Work with the Sales and Functional Marketing Teams (Digital, PR Comms & Influencer) to lead and direct the marketing strategy, ensuring clear direction, support, and follow-up on outcomes.
  • Collaborate with marketing counterparts at Wilson HQ to ensure the needs of EMEA customers and consumers are met, from product inception through to campaign delivery with key trading partners.
  • Plan and deliver a Brand and Sport specific Omni Marketing Strategy that builds long-term brand equity and drives shorter-term tactical goals in line with overall business objectives.
  • Create and own the full year regional marketing calendar, developing locally relevant campaigns that build awareness and drive consideration and conversion through own and partner channels.
  • Take the regional lead on the overall marketing strategy and direct the execution for key global brand partnerships like the NBA & NFL in Europe.
  • Identify marketing and collaboration partners that can best accelerate brand engagement and consumer acquisition.
  • Provide clear briefs to Functional Marketing Teams and external Agencies, follow up on projects, and report on outcomes to key global and regional stakeholders.
  • Build business cases and support the implementation of technology and resources to maximize opportunities.
  • Set up and provide a clear feedback loop with the global Team Sports team, ensuring regional and country-specific needs are met for early product, brand, and marketing planning phases.
  • Partner with the global Team Sports team to coordinate and deliver product launches, brand campaigns, content development, and promotions.
  • Own, plan, and manage the overall EMEA Team Sports Marketing budget in line with Wilson fiscal planning cycles.

What We Are Looking For

  • Degree educated in Marketing or related field or with relevant professional experience, including 5+ years’ marketing management experience in branded consumer goods businesses and/or leading sporting goods companies.
  • Experience creating and implementing holistic marketing strategies and working with agencies, particularly experiential.
  • Demonstrated experience managing trade marketing plans.
