We are currently hiring for a Sales Operations Specialist position, to support Golf & Teamsports (Basketball and American Football). The job holder is responsible for analyzing, optimizing and improving performance for the individual Wilson EMEA business units. The job holder will be the main point of contact for all Sales Operations topics for their business unit, responsible for delivering insights, implementing tools and improving business outcomes through data‑driven recommendations. The job holder maintains and optimizes key business processes and systems. Partnering closely with Sales Operations Process & Tools (P&T) Specialist, and working cross‑functionally with Finance, Marketing and Customer Services, the job holder ensures data, systems and tools optimization.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Being key point of contact for respective Business Unit (BU): Golf & Teamsports in daily sales operations, projects and achieving team targets.
- Set up and maintain the sales tools for relevant BUs, working with key stakeholders to understand their requirements.
- Provide best in class reporting and analysis to help EMEA sales region achieve targets.
- Ensure that leadership has clear visibility into pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and revenue performance, helping translate analytics into strategic action.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key revenue metrics across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Support revenue forecasting and scenario modelling in partnership with Finance and GTM leadership (Sales & Commercial).
- Identify trends and opportunities for improving Sell‑In and Sell‑Through results and customer lifecycle value, including SBU, product franchise, customer risk and opportunities.
- Support training materials implementation in respective BUs, created by Sales Operations P&T specialist.
- Effective consolidation and communication of sales team feedback on tools & process to P&T specialist.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders to educate on tools and align processes across other areas of the business.
- Onboarding new sales staff, using material provided by processes and tools specialists.
What We Are Looking For:
- 3+ years relevant experience or relevant Analytical/Business degree preferable.
- Preferred experience in 1 or more Sales Operations tools (Sales Force, SAP, Elastic Suite).
- Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Sharepoint and Powerpoint).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with great attention to detail.
- Service‑oriented mindset with a proactive and solutions‑driven approach.
- Strong team player with good communication skills.
- Willingness and ability to learn multiple systems (prior experience with Sales Force, Elastic Suite B2B is a plus but not required).
- Hands‑on, adaptive, and eager to drive efficiencies in a growing environment.
- Fluent in English with experience working with European stakeholders.
