Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati (UK) LLP is currently looking for a junior Conflicts Analyst to join the firm\’s team in London. This position is a full-time permanent role, providing an opportunity for professional growth within a leading legal firm that serves technology and life sciences enterprises globally.
Reporting to the Assistant General Counsel, International Risk & Compliance, and working with other colleagues both in London and the New Business & Conflicts team in the US, the Conflicts Analyst independently reports on potential conflicts of interest relating to client and matter intake as well as new attorney and staff hiring where required.
