Wilson Sonsini is looking for a motivated administrative professional to join the London office as an Executive Assistant. The role provides essential administrative support for partners, attorneys, and executive assistants and is offered on a hybrid schedule under limited supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Manage attorney inboxes, calendars, and client matter files
  • Edit and proofread legal documents, draft letters and standard memoranda
  • Coordinate seminar registrations, complex travel arrangements, and manage reimbursements through ChromeRiver
  • Take an active role in new client/business intake, AML, conflicts and client billing and working capital management processes
  • Utilize firm applications effectively and assist with administrative tasks as needed
  • Work as part of the London office executive assistant team to provide seamless, professional, first-rate support services to partners and attorneys

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in an executive assistant role; law-firm experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Familiar with legal terminology highly desired
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to problem-solve and multitask under pressure
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Determine appropriate technology to accomplish a task and seek ways to improve efficiency
  • Flexibility to work overtime as required
