Job Opportunity: Engineering Manager Overview: Wilson Recruitment is seeking a proactive and hands-on Engineering Manager to lead engineering operations at a client site in Holme-upon-Spalding Moor. This role offers a salary of up to £55,000 per annum and requires a strong leader with expertise in mechanical and electrical systems. With working hours of Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, this position provides a balance of structure and flexibility while supporting a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and develop the engineering team to meet business and site KPIs. Manage workloads and delegate tasks effectively to ensure smooth operations. Oversee preventative maintenance and ensure plant equipment complies with legislation. Maintain safety, food hygiene, and GMP standards, driving continuous improvement initiatives. Act as a key member of Food Safety, HACCP, TACCP, and VACCP teams. Develop cost-effective systems for maintenance and inventory management.
