If you're motivated by targets, relationships, and results, we want to hear from you.\n \nThe Role – 360 Recruitment Consultant\n \nYou'll take full ownership of an industrial temps desk, with a strong focus on business development and revenue growth, including:\n \n• Proactive sales, cold calling, and lead generation\n \n• Winning new clients and growing existing accounts\n \n• Negotiating terms of business and rates to maximise margin\n \n• Building a strong, reliable candidate pipeline\n \n• Managing bookings and fulfilment to exceed client expectations\n \n• Advertising, interviewing, and screening candidates\n \n• Participating in an on-call rota (including some weekends)\n \n• Working hours: 08:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday\n \nAbout You\n \n• Proven recruitment experience, ideally running a temps desk\n \n• Hungry, target-driven, and motivated by commission\n \n• Confident closer with strong negotiation skills\n \n• Commercial mindset with a focus on margin and growth\n \n• Industrial recruitment experience is an advantage, but not essential\n \n• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (essential)\n \nWhat's In It for You\n \n?? £32,000 – £35,000 basic salary (DOE)\n \n??
