Pay: £18.00 p/h or £20.17 p/h paye rolled up
Hours: Monday to Friday 10:30-18:30

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in kitchen operations and food preparation
- Ensure high-quality food production and presentation standards
- Maintain stock levels and assist with ordering ingredients
- Adhere to food hygiene and safety regulations at all times
- Support the smooth running of kitchen services, including shift supervision
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff as needed
Requirements:
- Current Valid Enhanced DBS
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or similar role
- Food Hygiene Level 2 Certificate
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for food and attention to detail
