Due to rapid and continued growth, Wilson Recruitment is looking for a driven, commercially minded Driving Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing team in the North West.

This role is perfect for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, enjoys winning new business, and wants uncapped commission with real earning potential.

The Role
360 Recruitment Consultant Youll take full ownership of an industrial temps desk, with a strong focus on business development and revenue growth, including: Proactive sales, cold calling, and lead generation Winning new clients and growing existing accounts Negotiating terms of business and rates to maximise margin Building a strong, reliable candidate pipeline Managing bookings and fulfilment to exceed client expectations Advertising, interviewing, and screening candidates Participating in an on-call rota (including some weekends) Working hours: 08:00
17:00, Monday to Friday
About You Proven recruitment experience, ideally running a temps desk Hungry, target-driven, and motivated by commission Confident closer with strong negotiation skills Commercial mindset with a focus on margin and growth Industrial recruitment experience is an advantage, but not essential Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (essential)
