Due to rapid growth, Wilson Recruitment are looking for driven, sales-focused Recruitment Consultants across the Driving, Industrial and Catering sectors.
What you'll be doing:
- Business development, sales & lead generation
- Winning new clients and growing existing accounts
- Negotiating terms, rates & margins
- Building and managing a strong candidate pipeline
- Advertising, interviewing & placing candidates
- On-call rota (some weekends)
Hours: 08:00-16:00, Monday-Friday
What we're looking for:
- Recruitment experience (temps desk preferred)
- Sales-driven, target-focused mindset
- Strong relationship builder & negotiator
- Industrial experience beneficial but not essential
- Full UK driving license & own vehicle required
