Due to rapid and continued growth, Wilson Recruitment is looking for a driven, commercially minded Driving Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing team in the North West. This role is perfect for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, enjoys winning new business, and wants uncapped commission with real earning potential. The Role:
- You'll take full ownership of an industrial temps desk, with a strong focus on business development and revenue growth, including:
- Proactive sales, cold calling, and lead generation
- Winning new clients and growing existing accounts
- Negotiating terms of business and rates to maximise margin
- Building a strong, reliable candidate pipeline
- Managing bookings and fulfilment to exceed client expectations
- Advertising, interviewing, and screening candidates
- Participating in an on-call rota (including some weekends)
Working hours: 08:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday
About You:
- Proven recruitment experience, ideally running a temps desk
- Hungry, target-driven, and motivated by commission
- Confident closer with strong negotiation skills
- Commercial mindset with a focus on margin and growth
- Industrial recruitment experience is an advantage, but not essential
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (essential)
