Salary: £40,000 – £55,000 + Uncapped Bonus
A respected national conveyancing practice is looking to appoint experienced Residential Conveyancers into its established remote teams. This opportunity suits lawyers who enjoy managing quality residential matters with strong operational support and realistic caseload expectations.
The team structure has recently evolved, with greater support across onboarding, completions, post-completion and title checking, allowing fee earners to focus on progressing transactions efficiently and maintaining strong client service.
What’s different about this role
- Remote onboarding that’s built properly: Your induction is completed remotely, with equipment delivered before your start date so you can get set up and operational from day one. The process is structured to help new starters settle in quickly, without being left to work things out alone. Plus, a budget for you and your team to socialise so you aren’t just faces on a screen.
- Support teams that remove admin pressure: Dedicated teams handle onboarding, AML, completions and post-completion work, helping reduce the volume of administrative tasks sitting with fee earners. This structure allows lawyers to spend more time progressing files and speaking with clients rather than chasing process-heavy tasks.
- Realistic caseload expectations: Caseloads are generally capped at around 60–65 matters with assistant support in place. The aim is to maintain sustainable workloads while still allowing lawyers to perform at a high level without constant pressure to take on excessive volume.
- Flexibility that works around real life: Core working hours help create greater flexibility around the working day, making school runs, nursery pick-ups and other family commitments easier to manage. The structure is designed to support productivity without expecting lawyers to be constantly online outside their agreed hours.
- A business that actually cares: Alongside private medical cover, company sick pay and wellbeing days, the business places a strong emphasis on long-term development. Training and learning programmes are available across professional qualifications, management development and personal growth, with support for colleagues looking to progress their careers while balancing work and study commitments.
- Consistent work flow without business development pressure: Work is generated through long-standing estate agency relationships and lender panels, providing a reliable pipeline of instructions. Lawyers can focus on managing transactions and client service rather than sourcing their own work.
- Uncapped monthly bonus that reflects your contribution: The bonus structure is designed to reward individual output rather than relying on annual firm performance targets that can feel disconnected from your own work. Bonuses are paid monthly and are uncapped, giving lawyers the opportunity to directly increase their earnings based on the volume and quality of transactions they progress.
The Work

- Experience handling residential conveyancing transactions independently.
- Ability to title check leasehold properties confidently.

- Comfortable managing a busy caseload with support.
- Qualified and non-qualified conveyancers considered.
